Being Childfree at Work

Matt and Dr. Jay discuss what it's like too be Childfree in the workplace. Studies show Childfree people have lower priority in time off, work longer hours, and are less likely to get promoted. 

Often times Childfree people also don't get use of work benefits that are meant for families and those benefits can't be substituted.
